A Box Of Hope
Discovering a tiny pup abandoned in a box by the very ones he trusted is a scene that breaks the heart of any compassionate soul.
Alberto, a small yet brave little dog, endured the harsh reality of being left in the middle of nowhere, surviving with a worm in his eye—likely the cruel reason he was abandoned in the first place.

Thankfully, a group of compassionate individuals from Paticasporayudar, including the kind woman featured in the Paws Show video, discovered the pup and immediately came to his rescue.
The woman was visibly devastated by Alberto’s condition and heartbroken over the cruelty he had endured:
“Who could have a rotten heart to do such a thing? I can’t leave him alone.”
She pleaded for support from others, cradling the helpless pup in his cardboard box—a scene that broke my heart as well.
But what brought even more emotions was seeing the next part of the video, which focused on Alberto’s journey to recovery.
Thanks to the efforts of kind-hearted people, Alberto’s box of misery transformed into a box of hope.

Alberto’s Road To Recovery
In addition to being malnourished and in poor overall condition, Alberto faced a serious health issue—eye worms.
This type of infection is typically caused by flies that feed on a dog’s tears and lay their eggs in the eye. Alberto’s eye had become infected, but thanks to the skill and care of a veterinarian who performed surgery to remove the maggots, he was spared from the threat of blindness.
The incredible team at Paticasporayudar went above and beyond to ensure Alberto’s safety and well-being. Their happiness was immeasurable when this tiny pup finally opened his eyes and began eating—a heartwarming milestone, made even more special by how irresistibly adorable this little furry buddy is.

From A Bare Survivor To A Playful Puppy
Looking at Alberto today, it’s hard to believe the hardships he endured. His playful personality and boundless positive energy highlight just how extraordinary he is, proving that every effort to save him was worth it—just as it is for any animal in need.

Alberto now loves spending his days with his rescuers and his furry friends, enjoying playtime and cuddles. It seems he has even found his forever human—at least, if his savior’s words are anything to go by:
“Here, we continue with Alberto’s recovery—little by little, but steadily, he improves every single day. My beautiful doll, my love, my tender, small, noble, tenderly pampered child.”
